Ginger Chicken Or "Some Like It Hot" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. honey
    1/3 c. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. ginger
    3 to 4 lb. chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    2 Tbsp. dried red pepper or cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix together the first three ingredients.
    Place the chicken in a baking dish and spread the mixture over all of the chicken.
    Bake for one hour.
