Winter Garden Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cauliflower
    2 to 3 large stalks broccoli
    1 small red onion, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    minced parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
    Pull apart or slice cauliflower and broccoli into bite-size florets.
    Combine mayonnaise, honey, vinegar and salt; pour over vegetables.
    Stir to blend thoroughly.
    Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
    Serve garnished with minced parsley.
    Makes 8 servings.
