Pear Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. pears
    8 bell peppers (4 red and 4 green)
    3 hot red peppers
    4 lb. onions, ground
    12 dill pickles
    2 qt. vinegar
    4 c. sugar
    8 Tbsp. flour
    6 Tbsp. dry mustard
    4 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Grind and drain pears, bell peppers, red peppers, onions and dill pickles; mix.
    Mix and add sugar, flour, dry mustard, salt and turmeric.
    Add vinegar.
    Cook 10 minutes after it comes to a boil.
    Put in hot sterilized jars and seal.
