Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. carrots, sliced
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. horseradish
1/4 c. saltines, crushed
2 tsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Cook carrots in small amount of water until done.
Drain and put in casserole dish.
Combine mayonnaise, onion, horseradish, salt and pepper.
Spoon over carrots.
Mix butter with saltines and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
