Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
    1/2 c. rice, cooked
    2 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. milk
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and rice separately and set aside.
    Mix remaining ingredients together in large bowl.
    Add broccoli and rice to mixture.
    Pour into an ungreased 10-inch square dish.
    Put additional shredded Cheddar cheese on top if want.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
