2 eggs
1 3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Cream together butter and brown sugar.
Mix in egg and buttermilk.
Mix together oats, flour, baking powder, salt and allspice; add to creamed mixture.
Stir in bananas.
Spoon into greased or paper lined muffin pan, filling almost full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 to 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.
