Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground ham, cured
    2 lb. ground pork
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    2 c. milk
    2 cans tomato soup
    2 tsp. ground mustard
    3/4 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix
    ham, pork, ground beef, eggs, graham cracker crumbs and milk
    well.
    Shape
    into balls.
    Mix tomato soup, mustard, vinegar and sugar.
    Pour over meat balls.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Double recipe for sauce, but make each batch separately.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
