Crabcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. backfin crabmeat
    1 slice toasted bread, crumbled
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. capers
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Saute celery and parsley in butter.
    Mix in the crabmeat and add other ingredients.
    Shape into 6 cakes.
    Dust with cracker meal.
    Put on a small cookie sheet and bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for about 15 minutes or until browned.
