Baked Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 baked potatoes (1 large or 2 medium/small per person)
    milk
    salt, pepper, celery salt
    1 onion, chopped
    butter
    1 1/2-inch slice Velveeta cheese, diced
Preparation
    Bake 6 potatoes.
    Dice into bite size pieces (with the skins on).
    Saute the chopped onion in butter.
    Stir the potatoes and onions together.
    Add enough milk to cover the potatoes.
    Salt, pepper and celery salt added to taste.
    Slightly mash the potatoes.
    When the milk begins to boil, add the diced cheese and stir until the cheese melts.
    Serves 3 to 4.
