Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. mild Cheddar cheese
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    Parmesan cheese
    butter
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients well.
    Place in large casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and butter.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
