Yeast Dough For Cinnamon Rolls Or Hamburger Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening (oleo)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. warm water
about 4 c. flour
1 pkg. dry yeast
Preparation

Mix yeast in warm water with 1/4 cup plus 1 teaspoon sugar. Let foam up.
Mix shortening, rest of sugar, salt and eggs; add to first mix along with flour.
Knead until smooth on floured surface.
Turn in oiled bowl to coat with oil.
Cover and let rise.
May be baked or stored in refrigerator.
Will keep for 4 to 5 days.
