Skinny Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh or frozen strawberries, unsweetened
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    1 c. ice cubes
    artificial sweetener to taste
    dash of cinnamon
Preparation
    In a blender, blend at medium speed until smooth and the consistency of ice cream.
    Makes 3 servings.
    Only 80 calories per serving.
