Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. apples
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 qt. water
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Put apples in bowl.
    Add salt, lemon juice and 1 quart water. Sprinkle 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Add 3/4 cup water, then mix.
    Combine remaining sugar, flour and butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
