Chicken Breast With Papaya Cilantro Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. olive oil
    4 1/2 oz. papaya pulp
    3 shallots, diced
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 1/2 oz. roasted sesame seed
    2 1/2 bunches cilantro (leaves)
    1 red bell pepper, diced
    1 yellow bell pepper, diced
    6 oz. balsamic vinegar
    4 (7 to 8 oz.) chicken breasts which have been marinated in olive oil, garlic, ginger and orange juice
Preparation
    Heat olive oil and pour over all ingredients (except chicken breasts).
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
    Grill chicken breasts over medium heat until fork-tender and moist.
    Garnish with sauce. Serve with your favorite grilled vegetables.
