Sour Cream And Chive Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, pared and thinly sliced
    1 tsp. butter
    2 c. milk
    4 oz. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. chives
    salt to taste
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mix sour cream with milk in casserole dish.
    Add butter, chives, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Add potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
