Butterscotch Sauce(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. packed light brown sugar
1/4 c. half and half
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

In 8-cup microwave-safe glass bowl, combine all ingredients. Cook mixture on High (100% power) 5 minutes or until sugar dissolves and sauce boils, stirring twice.
Serve warm over ice cream or apple pie.
Makes 1 cup.
