Oven Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. stew meat
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables for stew
2 Tbsp. tapioca
1 Tbsp. sugar
12 oz. V-8
6 oz. water
salt and pepper
Preparation

Brown meat in shortening.
Put all ingredients in roaster. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours.
