Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
    3/4 stick margarine
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 bunch green onions
    1 bell pepper
    10 oz. grated sharp cheese
    2 c. corn flakes, crushed
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Mix all together except corn flake crumbs. Spray a 9 x 13-inch casserole with Pam.
    Add potato mixture. Sprinkle crumbs on top and bake, uncovered, 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
