St. Patrick'S Day Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. mini chocolate chips
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 (3.4 oz.) instant pistachio pudding mix
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. cream cheese frosting
    green sugar sprinkles
Preparation
    In a large bowl, stir together flour, pudding, sugar, chocolate chips, baking powder and salt.
    In small bowl, combine eggs, milk, oil and vanilla.
    Stir into flour mixture just until combined.
    Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Cool on wire rack.
    Frost with cream cheese frosting; sprinkle with green sugar.
    Makes 18.
