Hot Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can tomatoes
4 cloves garlic
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped cilantro (also known as coriander or Italian parsley)
jalapeno peppers to taste
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. lime juice
Preparation

Mix garlic, onion, jalapeno peppers and spices with lime juice and chop in blender.
Add cilantro and tomatoes and blend.
Will keep in a sealed jar in refrigerator for about a week.
