No Guilt Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. unsweetened chocolate (or semi-sweet) sq. (chopped)
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. 2% lowfat cottage cheese
3 egg whites (or 2 eggs)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Over very low heat, melt chocolate (can use microwave).
Cool slightly.
In food processor or blender, puree all ingredients except chocolate until smooth.
Add melted chocolate.
Blend well. Pour in lightly buttered 8 inch square pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20-25 minutes or until just set.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into squares.
