Ingredients

1 Cornish hen, halved
1/2 c. chicken bouillon
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Put hen, skin side up. Add bouillon and sprinkle hen with salt.
Cover pan with foil and bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and brush hens with glaze. Roast 20 minutes longer or until fork-tender, basting occasionally with glaze.
Serve.
