Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked chicken chunks
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. diced celery
    3/4 c. cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 small glass pimentos
    2/3 c. slivered almonds
    1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated cheese
    4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cheese, potato chips and almonds in a large mixing bowl.
    Spread into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with almonds, potato chips and cheese, in that order. Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
