Pat-In-Pan Pie Crust(One 8 Or 9-Inch Pie Crust) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. + 3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. cold milk
Preparation
    Place flour, sugar and salt in pie pan and mix with fingers until blended.
    In a measuring cup, combine oil and milk and beat with a fork until creamy.
    Pour all at once over the flour mixture.
    Mix with a fork until flour mixture is completely moistened.
