Homemade Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    6 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    In bowl, dissolve yeast in water. Add milk, sugar, salt, egg and flour to yeast. Turn onto floured board. Knead until smooth. Put in greased bowl; cover. Let rise until double, about 1 1/2 hours. Punch down; let rise again, about 30 minutes. Shape and let rise. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
