Italian Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. noodles, uncooked
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. mushroom liquid
    1 c. (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms
    1 c. (8 oz.) pizza sauce
    2 Tbsp. chopped, stuffed olives
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese (reserve 2 Tbsp.)
Preparation
    Cook noodles and rinse.
    Brown sausage and onion.
    Drain. Combine all the other ingredients except 2 tablespoons cheese.
    In large casserole, bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Add remaining cheese and bake additional 10 minutes.
