Turkey Tail Adobo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. turkey tails
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. peppercorns, crushed
2 bay leaves, crushed
Preparation

Cut turkey tails in half.
In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Cover,
lower
heat
and simmer for 1 hour.
Drain off liquid.
Simmer,
uncovered, for 15\tmore minutes, or until turkey is browned.
