Squash-Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 small yellow squash (2 1/2 c.)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 to 3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. bulk sausage
1 egg
dash of pepper
1 medium onion
Preparation
-
Slice unpeeled squash and cook in small amount of salted water for 15 minutes or until done.
Drain and mash.
Add sausage and remaining ingredients.
Bake in greased casserole dish at 400\u00b0 to 450\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
