King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked and boned
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 large onions, chopped
    3/4 lb. grated cheese
    12 corn tortillas
    1 can chicken stock
Preparation
    Mix soups and chicken stock. Tear tortillas into small pieces and line a large baking dish with half of them.
    Layer soup mixture, chicken pieces, cheese, remaining tortilla pieces and onion.
    Top last layer with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Make ahead for better flavor.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings and freezes well.
