Chewy Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
1 c. biscuit baking mix
1/4 tsp. salt
1 2/3 c. (10 oz. pkg.) Hershey's vanilla milk chips
1 2/3 c. (10 oz. pkg.) Reese's peanut butter chips
Preparation

Stir together cocoa and butter until mixture is smooth.
Stir in condensed milk, eggs, vanilla, oats, biscuit mix, salt and both chips until well blended.
Let batter rest 10 minutes.
Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 7 to 9 minutes or until tops begin to dry (do not overbake).
Cool 5 minutes; remove to wire rack.
Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
Makes 48 cookies.
