Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large or 3 medium bunches broccoli
14 slices bacon
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. minced dry onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation

Wash broccoli.
Cut off and use flowerets only.
Fry bacon and crumble.
Place broccoli, bacon, cheese and onion in large bowl. Mix well.
In separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour mayonnaise mix over salad and mix well.
It will seem dry, but it gets runny.
Refrigerate overnight.
