Winter Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. carrots, cut into chunks and cooked until tender
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. horseradish
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
salt and pepper
9 to 10 soda crackers
1 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation

Roll crackers into crumbs; mix with melted butter.
Place carrots in buttered dish.
Mix mayonnaise, horseradish, onion, salt and pepper; pour over carrots.
Cover with cracker crumbs. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
