Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower, thinly sliced
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. ripe olives, cut in half
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a large bowl, place first five ingredients.
    In jar, place remaining ingredients.
    Cover and shake.
    Pour over vegetables and stir until well coated.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 12 hours, stirring occasionally.
