Sweet And Sour Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
    1/4 c. green onions, sliced (with tops)
    1 vegetable or chicken bouillon cube
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. cold water
    2 tsp. vinegar
    2 lb. cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Drain pineapple chunks, reserving liquid.
    Add enough water to make 1 1/3 cups liquid.
    In saucepan, combine juice, pineapple, green pepper, onion and bouillon cube.
    Heat to boiling.
    Simmer covered for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Blend brown sugar, cornstarch, cold water and vinegar.
    Add to pineapple mixture.
    Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
    Fold in shrimp.
    Heat through.
    Serve over chow mein noodles.
    Serves 6.
