1 (9-inch) pie crust
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
8 slices crispy fried bacon, crumbled
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 c. shredded lettuce
Preparation

Mix onion and flour; sprinkle in pie crust.
Top with tomato slices.
Sprinkle with bacon and cheese.
Bake uncovered at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with lettuce.
