Danish Cucumbers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

cucumbers
vinegar
salt
sugar
pepper
Preparation

Peel and slice cucumbers real thin.
Layer in bowl with salt. Set another bowl on top of cucumbers and weight down.
Let stand several hours; drain and wash off salt.
Put in glass jar.
Add a little sugar and pepper and 1/2 jar vinegar, then fill with water. Stir good and refrigerate.
