Kartoffel Salat(German Potato Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 cooked potatoes
    6 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 onion
    6 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Dice cooked potatoes into small chunks, approximately 1/2-inch square.
    Dice onion.
    Place both in bowl.
    Mix the vinegar, oil, water, sugar, flour, salt and pepper in small bowl.
    Pour this mixture over the potatoes and onions.
    Mix and serve.
