Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    dash salt
    1 deep dish pie crust or 2 smaller ones
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar, lemon juice and salt in blender.
    Blend well.
    Pour melted butter in blender.
    Blend well, at least 5 to 7 minutes.
    Pour in unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, then at 375\u00b0 until done.
    This makes one deep dish pie or 2 smaller ones.
