Sausage Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. smoked sausage
    1 onion, chopped
    1/3 c. frozen broccoli
    1/3 c. frozen cauliflower
    1/3 c. carrots
    1/3 c. frozen corn
    1/3 c. frozen peas
    rice or noodles
Preparation
    Cut sausage into bite-size pieces.
    Saute sausage and onion in skillet until onion is tender.
    Add vegetables, cover and simmer, stirring frequently until vegetables are tender.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
    Serves 6 to 8.
