Angel Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Combine
    dry
    ingredients
    and mix well.
    Mix eggs, oil and buttermilk and pour over dry ingredients; mix well.
    Spray muffin tins
    with
    Pam.
    Fill
    each cup 3/4 full with batter. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
