Spanish Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, cubed
    1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots
    1 can white tuna fish
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 small jar Spanish olives with pimentoes, sliced
    1 small can beets, cubed
    1/2 can shrimp
Preparation
    Boil cubed potatoes with peas and carrots.
    Add tuna fish, hard-boiled eggs, olives, beets and shrimp.
    Combine all ingredients and add enough mayonnaise to blend.
    Decorate salad with remaining half can of shrimp, 1 hard-boiled egg (thinly sliced) and 2 tomatoes (sliced).
