Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rolled oats
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. corn oil
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 egg, well beaten
Preparation
    Combine oats
    with
    buttermilk\tin a bowl and let stand while you
    prepare
    the
    rest.
    Measure
    and sift together dry ingredients.
    To oatmeal mixture add oil, sugar and egg.
    Stir in dry
    ingredients.
    Mix
    only long enough to moisten.
    Spoon into greased muffin
    tins
    and
    bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
