Applesauce Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. pancake mix
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. oil
1 egg, beaten
1 c. applesauce
1/4 c. milk
few raisins

Preparation

Mix by hand.
Spray muffin pans with Pam.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Makes 1 dozen.
