Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Place rhubarb in 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Cover with sugar and butter.
Cream egg, sugar and shortening.
Add flour, baking powder and milk.
Pour over fruit.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
Any kind of fruit may be used but adjust sugar on fruit accordingly.
