Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
1 small onion
1 green pepper, diced
6 olives, sliced
1/2 c. sugar (add last)
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation
-
Bring to boil the vinegar, celery seed, salt, pepper, mustard and salad oil.
Pour over uncooked, shredded cabbage while hot. Mix together and add sugar.
Let stand overnight.
Tastes better each day.
