Impossible Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 or 8 oz. shredded coconut
    4 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Grease and flour 2 (9-inch) pie pans.
    Beat eggs well and add sugar, flour and milk.
    Add vanilla and melted butter.
    Stir in coconut.
    Divide mixture to full two pie pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Makes its own crust.
