Walt'S Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. soup meat (beef short ribs, shank meat, etc.)
    5 c. water
    2 (1 lb.) cans mixed vegetables
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 tsp. cracked peppers
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. catsup
    7 drops Tabasco
    1/2 c. barley (or noodles, if preferred)
Preparation
    Put meat and 3 cups water in pressure cooker.
