Fish Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. water

Preparation

Stir until smooth.
Dip meat or fish in batter and cook in oil until golden brown.
Batter cannot be saved.
