Lo-Cal Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. skim milk
    1/8 tsp. liquid sweetener
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    dash of nutmeg
    dash of cinnamon
    1 1/2 Tbsp. rice, uncooked
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 Tbsp. raisins
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and place in 2 lightly greased custard cups.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0, stirring every 15 minutes for 1 1/2 hours.
    Makes 2 servings.
    One serving equals 115 calories.
