Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. small red potatoes, scrubbed
    vinegar
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    1/4 c. green olives
    1/4 c. black olives
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    celery seed (liberally)
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    mayonnaise to desired consistency
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins on.
    When cool, put in a large bowl. Splash potatoes with vinegar.
    Chop eggs and add.
    Add both types of olives, garlic salt, onions, celery seed, mustard and mayonnaise.
    Mix all with hands.
